Spartanburg is one of South Carolina's better kept secrets for real estate investors. Because of its unremarkable name and of it being not as well known as areas like Myrtle Beach, Charleston and the like, it does not get as much attention as it should. Consider Spartanburg if you like a metropolitan city and less investor competition for tenants!! Call Danny Mimms or Christina Morrissey for more information about acquiring property in this fantastic city.
